Loyalty Membership Reward Programme
Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Commencement
The Loyalty Membership Reward Programme applies to tours departing from March 2026 onward.
Bookings or tour departures prior to March 2026 are not eligible for loyalty discount application under this programme.
2. Eligibility
The Loyalty Membership Reward Programme is strictly for returning customers only.
First-time customers are not eligible for any loyalty discount, in order to ensure fairness to returning customers.
Customers who have previously travelled with the company or have an established booking history will be allocated a loyalty tier based on their historical number of completed tours. Eligible existing members are not required to start from the beginning tier.
3. Loyalty Tiers & Discount Entitlement
Loyalty tiers are awarded based on the number of completed return bookings:
The maximum loyalty discount entitlement is capped at RM1000 per member.
4. Discount Application Rules
Loyalty discount is not stackable with any other promotion, discount, rebate, or offer.
The only exception is the Early Bird Discount, which may be combined where applicable.
Aside from the Early Bird Discount, the loyalty discount must be the only applicable discount applied to the booking.
Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Loyalty Discount Ownership & Replacement Policy
Loyalty discounts are strictly tied to the registered name of the eligible returning guest.
Loyalty benefits are non-transferable between individuals.
In the event a replacement traveller is appointed for any reason, the loyalty discount will not follow the original member.
The replacement traveller may only receive a loyalty discount if they personally qualify under the Loyalty Membership Reward Programme based on their own membership status.
6. Exclusions
Loyalty discounts are not applicable to:
Private group tours*
Ground tours** priced below RM15,000
7. Private Group Tours*
Private group tours will be counted toward the number of returning bookings for loyalty tier progression.
However, loyalty discounts cannot be used on private group tours.
Private group tours are excluded from loyalty discount usage as they are subject to separate special pricing arrangements.
8. Definition of Ground Tour**
A ground tour refers to tour packages that do not include flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, miscellaneous charges, or any components not specifically listed under the official tour inclusions.
9. Programme Integrity
Loyalty discounts are strictly reserved for verified returning customers. The company reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting or applying any loyalty benefit.
10. General Conditions
The company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Membership Reward Programme and its terms at any time without prior notice.
The company’s decision on all matters relating to eligibility, discount application, and interpretation of these terms shall be final.
