To secure your spot, a security deposit is required upon confirmation.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.
The remaining balance of the full tour fee will be collected once the tour is fully booked. The specific payment date will be communicated later.
All payments are non-refundable, but may be converted to travel credit (for a postponed trip) only if the tour is cancelled due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disaster, act of God, political unrest, border closure, pandemic, etc.).
The security deposit will only be refunded if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient number of participants.
Payment for international return flights will be collected separately based on the actual cost at that time. The payment amount and date will be announced later.
Alternatively, participants may choose to purchase their own flight tickets if they prefer.
Tour spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants are required to purchase their own travel insurance, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and other travel-related risks.

Prices listed are accurate at the time of release but may change due to factors such as airfare increases, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, hotel rate changes, taxes, or other costs.
The company reserves the right to revise prices prior to booking confirmation, with prior notice to customers.

The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary before or during the trip due to safety concerns, weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes may include alterations to the order of activities, destinations, or accommodations.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the overall quality and nature of the travel experience. l Participants will be promptly notified of any major changes and the reasons for them.
Tour members are responsible for any extra costs or losses arising from uncontrollable circumstances such as weather delays, flight disruptions, road conditions, or other events beyond our control, including force majeure situations such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Prices are based on shared rooms (double occupancy).
Solo travelers may request to be matched with a roommate of the same gender.
The company will make every effort to find a suitable roommate; however, if we are unable to do so, the participant will be required to pay the single supplement fee for a private room.
Participants who prefer their own room from the start may also choose to pay the single supplement.

Participants must be in good health and are expected to follow all safety instructions during the trip.
Please inform the company of any medical conditions or dietary needs before departure.
Each participant must have a valid international passport or recognized travel document with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of return to the country of origin.
It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas, vaccinations, and health certificates required by the countries to be visited.
The company is not responsible for any expenses, reimbursement, or refund if a participant is denied entry, deported, or delayed due to incomplete or improper documents, immigration issues, or other related reasons.
Participants must carry all required travel documents throughout the tour and ensure they remain valid for the entire duration of travel.

No refund or reduction will be made to any tour member for airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized due to personal reasons.

By booking and paying the deposit, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any other policies or notices provided by the company.
